most orders will arrive within 5-7 working days from purchase. Deliveries to Rural area may take up to 7-10 working days. Any item has decoration e.g. embroidery , screen print vinyl transfer etc may take 15-20 after approval from client's side.

For any express or urgent deliveries, please get in touch with us to discuss what we can do to meet your deadline. for express courier will be charged accordingly.

OUR RETURNS POLICY
Star Uniforms Australia offers refunds on purchases if they are returned in original condition and packaging within 7-days.  shipping costs for returns must be paid for by the customer and restocking fee will be applied which is $15or 10% of goods value, whichever is higher. Unfortunately, any decorated items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.

If you have received faulty or the incorrect item, Please contact us with in 3 days from the day items received. we won't be responsible after 3rd days for any incorrect or faulty items.
